Declaration of Covenants

Here are the original Certificate of Amendment and attached Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation amendments which were recorded at Official Records Book No. 2659 Page 2602 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, on February 6,2017.  A copy of the amendments are available at no charge to the member within 5 days of receipt of written request to the Association.
